Sport, Physical Activity and Recreation (SPAR) reserves the right to cancel, re-schedule or relocate NCCP modules.
Sport, Physical Activity and Recreation will make every effort to notify NCCP module registrants of all cancellations. In the event of a cancellation or change to a workshop, registrants will be eligible for a full refund on the payment card used during registration.
Registrant Cancellation
In the event that a participant cannot attend a NCCP module or requests to be withdrawn, notification to SPAR must be provided five (5) business days prior to the start date of the module. Once notice is received, the participant will receive:
- Module Fee Refund less a $10.00 administration fee
In the event that a participant cannot attend a NCCP module and notification to SPAR is provided one (1) to four (4) business days prior to the start date of the module, the participant will receive:
- 50% refund
In the event that a participant cannot attend a NCCP module and provides less than one (1) business day notice OR fails to attend the module:
- No refund will be provided. All extenuating circumstances will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Online Delivery Technical Equipment Issues: In the event of online delivery where a participant has attempted to connect but experiences technical difficulties even after troubleshooting with the Learning Facilitator, the participant may receive:
- 50% refund, this will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Home Study: No refunds will be provided for home study programs once registration payment is received.
All participants must fully complete the NCCP module prior to receiving credit. No refunds will be provided for partial attendance or incomplete participation.
