COURSE CONFIRMATIONS: Registered coaches will receive a separate email with a confirmation letter (containing the online zoom link) and electronic course materials 2-5 business days prior to the course.  Watch for this email coming from a @gov.ab.ca address being sent to your email address listed on your Locker profile.  If you believe you have not received this email, check your junk folder first, then inquire at [email protected] during regular business hours (M-F 8:15am - 4:30pm).  Emails are not checked outside of business hours and will not be responded to.

Make Ethical Decisions Transition to eLearning: Effective April 1, 2026, NCCP Make Ethical Decisions (MED) training and evaluation will be delivered as a single online eLearning module in the Locker.  All coaches who have not completed the MED Online Evaluation before March 31, 2026, will be required to complete the new eLearning module which includes both training and evaluation.
